If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 2–3 hours of placing it.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Cancellation requests made more than 3 hours after placing an order before 2:00 PM will not be eligible for a refund, as the product will have already been personalized and production will have begun.
