Personalization Details

• Name or text personalization is laser engraved with a character limit of up to 18, which may vary by product.
• Logo personalization may be engraved, digitally printed, or UV printed, depending on the product.

Cancellation Policy (Applicable to Personalized Gifts)

• This cancellation policy applies to personalized gifts.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 2–3 hours of placing it.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the same day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed and dispatched on the next business day.
• Cancellation requests made more than 3 hours after placing an order before 2:00 PM will not be eligible for a refund, as the product will have already been personalized and production will have begun.

Non-Personalized Products

• Orders for non-personalized products cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
