TO REDEEM :

• E-Gift Card will be delivered to the recipient’s email within 24 hours of purchase.

• Please ensure you enter a valid recipient email address at checkout. Will be sent directly to their inbox (if not in the inbox, please check the Promotions or Spam folder).

• Physical gift cards will be shipped to the provided delivery address as per the selected shipping method.

• Gift cards (both e-gift and physical) can be redeemed during checkout by entering the unique gift cards code in the code field.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :

• Giftana gift cards (both E-Gift and Physical) can be redeemed online for any product available on www.giftana.com.

• Physical gift vouchers are deliverable only within India. For international orders, only digital vouchers or voucher codes are available.

• Physical gift vouchers are available for orders of more than 10 units only. Orders below 10 will receive digital vouchers.

• Gift Cards are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.

• Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

• Giftana is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

• The recipient’s email address or delivery address cannot be modified after the order is placed.

• Gift cards cannot be combined with any ongoing offers, discount codes, or promotional deals.

• If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the remaining balance must be paid through available online payment options.

• Giftana reserves the right to decline or cancel any gift card if fraudulent use or duplication is suspected.

• Note: Cash on delivery (COD) is not available for gift cards purchases. Please select an online payment method to complete your order. Orders placed with COD will be automatically cancelled.
